New card, new moves. Come ready to think a little, play a lot, and leave sharper than you came. We will explore the 2026 NMJL card and all the fun it has to offer!

• Hands on “How to Evaluate a Fresh Rack”

  • Remember the flashcards from your 101 class? I’ll have some drills and exercises for you to learn some of the new hands together as a table to learn together!

• Section Deep Dive

  • We will look at the section(s) that are the most different from 2025 and any lines that might be intimidating or feel really different.

• Play!

  • We will be playing with the new card - please bring it with you. If your card has not arrived yet, I will have my set for classes that I can loan out. 

Everyone will receive 2026 Card "Cheat Sheet" and drink ticket.
